Food was very good side grub taco shells being a little stale. But the place was dirty, especially the bathrooms which were disgusting. The staff was not friendly at all, they looked irritated when we asked for a straw and we could hear them goofing off in the back

There are so many disgusting and useless people who park in the drive-thru and take an hour just for one order. And when you go up to the window, you see them sitting inside, just enjoying themselves. No matter which Taco Bell you go to in Rochester, it’s the same situation. It’s gotten a little better at the Mount Hope location, but even there, sometimes they do the same thing. I don’t know where the owner is sleeping because he clearly has no idea what’s going on at his own branches.

When WAZE shows heavy traffic in the drivethru you KNOW you've got problems. Ordered 41 mins ago and STILL haven't made it to the speaker. I'm fully expecting my food to be cold by the time I reach the speaker if I even get to tell them I'm here. They're making cars wait at the speaker the whole time until their food is ready since they can't psrk cars.

Line was 18 cars deep almost spilling to Jefferson Rd. Staff is holding cars at the speaker until the previous car gets their food and is clear. It's about 5-10mins per car. The app update is AI slop. The prices have gone way up, and quality has gone down. Pay your employees more and hire enough staff. Hangry custies that have lots of time in drivethru post reviews like this.
