Got there a few minutes after 3 pm today. Ordered our food waited 5 minutes then asked for my drink cup. A family of 5 came in about 7 minutes later then a couple after that. Still waiting on our food. The couple got there food, still waiting on mine which was about 25 minutes by now. Got up to go to the counter and sure enough the food for the family of 5 was on trays. Food was good but not really hot.
I quit getting the cantina chicken burrito at this location because they can never seem to remember the sauce packet that costs extra that comes with the burrito. But I thought today I’d give them another chance. Forgotten again. Ever since this location was remodeled it’s gone down hill. This is the worst Taco Bell in the area.
Took 45 minutes to get our food we was ignored when we came to ask about our food the staff is very rude just not a good location
