The service is horrible. It takes forever to get your order. Tons of people in the lobby waiting for their food. Edit: I sent an email to the address below and didn’t receive anything back. Please don’t waste your time with these people.
Visited Taco Bell in the evening time which is a busy time but even though the staff was busy I was greeted with friendly faces and great energy. Staff was quick to take the order and serve.
Terrible customer service guy at the window was rude and on top of that I got charged for a item I didn’t order and my fry’s were cold and old
Food was well made. However, staff were very slow, goofing off, and all around were not locked in. We had to wait 20 minutes for our food, which is disappointing Since this is a fast food restaurant that is supposed to be giving you food in under 10 minutes
