This location has been a 30 minute ordeal minimum around lunch. Do not visit unless you have time on your hands to wait for them to do one order at a time
The manager refused to give us our order after the bag roped in front of our face, was extremely disrespectful and rude towards us after trying to get our meal
AI ordering system is the last straw for this place. Can't ask any menu questions, it gets things wrong, and then it tells you to go to the window to pay but you actually pay at the second window so you wind up sitting at the first one - which does have an unmanned register visible - until staff comes and directs you. Crazy how real people are more accurate and give better instructions than AI. GET RID OF THE AI ORDERING.
First of all, the AI order system is horrible, waited 15 minutes for food. Burnt food, no napkins.
The food was delicious, always is. Fast and friendly service, thank you. I really appreciate the hard workers here and the grilled burritos are really where it is at.
