Shouldn't take 20 minutes to go through a drive-thru
Never had an issue unless I order between 5pm-close no matter how many cars are in the drivethrew they do one order at a time today was the worst waited 50mins in the drive threw got someone else's food immediately went back in and waited another 20 minutes for my food which in the end was again not right every add on and removed item wasn't on the order They also locked there lobby because to many people were ordering and locked out 2 doordash drivers and told them to go threw the drivethrew
It's Taco Bell! You get what you expect. I like the self-serve ordering board. No pressure to hurry, give descriptions of food choices and options to customize them, and nutritional info. The food is ready in minutes, the dining room is clean, and they made our order correctly. They also have Pepsi products. Pricing is okay. We got out of there with 5 food items and 2 large drinks for $25.00. It was a better value than most fast food restaurants we've experienced these days.
