First time I've been to a Taco Bell where the people work yell at you from the kitchen to insult you and complain about your order while you stand at the front counter apparently my name was also an issue not my fault it's required to give my name for fast food how about maybe just an order number seems to work fine for McDonald's I get we all have bad days at work and wanna make the time past faster but maybe wait till the person your gonna talk shit about is out of the builing
This location SUCKS! 4 out of 5 times you will order something.. get charged for it but it won't be in the bag when you get home!
Placed online order, went to go inside to pick up ....closed.....again!! So went to drive thru. Get to speaker tell them I am picking up. Nothing. Ok so pull up.....wait 20 min nothing is moving. Then it moved another 10min NO ONE again comes to window. Car pulls off. I'm up.....20 min I don't see a single human in site!!! What is going on line is packed how is no one cooking. You would think this taco bell is in the inner city, all the employees are rude and lazy. Multiple times i have placed orders here and you pull up and they say they are closed. There are times when there are only a couple cars or even nobody else in the drive thru and you are easily waiting o er 30minutes to get thd food, thats even if you get the right food. This has to be one of thr worst ones in the area and maybe i have ever been to. There is a reason why they have limited time items weeks and minths after other location... read more
