Worst location ever the employees are rude, lazy, they forgot our food, didn’t give straws, lobby was closed and they took forever to make our food. Go to any other location but this one.
The workers here suck I just arrived at the drive thru for a door dash order and the female worker made me wait five minutes because she’s “doing something right now” before taking my order than I told her I can’t wait any longer I just need to pick up a door dash order, than she told me to come inside, I’m already at the window why couldn’t they have given me the order thru the window like every other restaurant I’ve picked food up from smh, the app too mentioned I can pick up the order via drive thru or lobby, they didn’t ... read more
Time to eliminate all the staff and start over. Absolutely the worst experience for service and staff I've ever had for any restaurant. 8:30 Saturday night three cars in the drive-thru 25 minutes. Nobody answering the kiosk in the drive-thru, nobody answering the drive-up window, I've already paid, what do you do?
