Idk what is up with all the bad reviews, this taco bell location is great! It's hard to find good fast food locations, but so far everyone's been nice and my orders have been correct, hot, fresh, and the people working are nice. I did experience the ultra slow drive thru at 2am, but they gave me a free taco coupon for my troubles, without me having to ask. Placed an order online, waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes and the line never moved, went inside to pick up the order and stood there for more than 10 minutes without even speaking with an employee. What is going on with this place??
This Taco Bell has the slowest drive thru in Parma! I ordered on the app and it was after 10pm so the inside of the restaurant was closed. I had no choice but to get in the drive thru. I sat there for 45 minutes in line to pick up my order and the food was wrong! The Taco Bell on Day Drive is faster, but my order is always wrong. Usually this location gets my order right, but it is just super slow! I won't be ordering on the app again!
