I was at this location and I ordered my food but the environment here is very bad tables were dirty. We didn’t have any sour cream on our food. We told them we wanted two cheesy fiesta potatoes we didn’t get any of them and churros were cold. The burritos were sloppy
There was supposed to be 4 tacos in the bag only had 3 she said there where 4 but there was 3 we where missing 1
Dissatisfied with my mobile order, to my surprise they actually made my Mexican pizza without the beans like I ask the 1st time.. Where the issue comes in is when the employee handed me my bag it was all smashed and then when I open the bag to pull my food out there was food smudged on the outside of box and also it looks like somebody sat on my Mexican pizza. There's no quality of standards any more. Won't be back anytime soon, this was not the 1st time with issues.
I went to the drive thru in the morning the conversation started out nice but I then I tried to add another order to my meal and the lady at the window named Andrea got an attitude and told me, next time inform her before the order even starts. That was very unprofessional and rude there are other ways to Reapproach a customer! Especially if they are the first customer of the day!
i never leave reviews, like ever. but i’ve been to this taco bell more than once because it’s close to my home but recently every single time i go they always mess up my order. i ask for steak on my burrito and they give me beef which is very unappetizing to me. i’m scared to go during rush hours now because they tend to mess up my food even when i speak very clearly. i do not think it is the order takers fault, it is 100% the cooks fault because it clearly says steak not beef on the ticket. i hope someone sees this and make... read more
