First time visiting the Burleson location. It wasn't clean, but not necessarily dirty either. Maybe just slightly neglected is a better term. The gentleman who delivered the order was kind and friendly. 2 of many things that don't exist too much anymore. Anyway, taco bell has kind of set the bar for negative ratings, but lately they've gone up imo.
They got my order wrong and the best they can do is make me drive all the way back right now when I have to go to work? No we can offer to get you the right order sometime soon like they used to do. They messed up the order. I asked for soft tacos.
Food is either good or eh there’s never amazing, last time my chips tasted like old oil and were half n half stale/old, but most of the time I get helped quickly by whoever is behind the counter but obviously food quality needs help. And the inside is usually dirty with the drink machine always a mess and wet, always fast though never more than 10mins waiting.
