I’m honestly appalled at how low the service industry has gotten. Simply asking for an on menu option being met with nothing but disrespect. A simple “we don’t not carry that item anymore” or “we are currently out of stock” would suffice. Instead being told as “we ain’t serve no fry’s” and closing out the order before even being given an option to add something else. Their menu still had the mini steak crunchwraps, I ordered 2 orders of that. I didn't get notified of anything. My driver showed up with a bag and said they gave me a couple free taco cards instead. I paid $13 for those 2 orders, and I DID NOT order tacos, the free taco things they gave me do NOT equate to what was spent. They also neglected to give me 1 of my queso cups and Avocado salsa that I PAID FOR.
