UPDATE: A lot better. I go here all the time and haven’t dealt with an excessively long wait in a while! Very pleased. Unfortunately an extremely slow location. I wouldn’t be writing a review unless it were consistent, which it is, extremely slow. At the end of the day it has to be the managers not prioritizing speedy service. I know it’s an easy fix as most locations can keep the standard I’m used to. I’ll happily change the review if they pick things up.
I was there to pick up a DoorDash order that was ready and was sitting there for over 20 minutes. I was not greeted. Everyone around me was degraded as I stood there quietly, and I was the only person of color. I asked for the DoorDash order, I still was not Given it. The people that was ordering their food got their food before I got the DoorDash order waiting for 20 minutes. That was definitely racial motivated. I live right behind Taco Bell.
