Ordered and paid for extra chicken and this is what I got. Rip off. There are maybe 3 pieces of chicken in this taco.
Friday 3/27/26 waited over 20 minutes and still no food. Watched manager just stand there while team struggled and did nothing to help. Would not recommend
Took over 25 mins to receive an order. Too much joking around. Manager standing in the background just handling completed orders instead of jumping in to help. No sense of urgency by anyone with the amount orders piling up
I thought they had things corrected but back to the slow service. Took 20 minutes for 6 tacos and they didn’t even heat the shells. Not only slow service but they literally were having a food fight, picking at each other and rubbing each other’s hair while also making food. They did have protective gloves on while they did and kept them on while preparing the food. A month ago it seemed like things had improved but seems more like one step forward and now three or four steps back
Someone threw up all over in my food then ate it. I am so disappointed in this place my grandma used to work here and she got put in the fryer because she didn't put enough lettuce in the nacho cheese dip.
