I've been here multiple times only because it's close by and on the way home. Most of the time food is okay and service is meh. A couple of times food has been crap but service has been even worse. On two separate occasions now I've ordered through the drive-through and driven up to the window. The first time the girl didn't even greet me or bother to say Ty after I paid. I ordered thru the drive thru and when I got to the window the kid at the window didn't say a word to me, just held out his hand for my money. Then handed it back to me, also without a word. And again when he handed me my food, not a single word was spoken. If you hate your job that much, just quit. Cuz his attitude definitely rubbed off on me and I left annoyed.

We had ordered on the kiosk due to us having cash and we had to wait around 10-20 minutes for someone to come to the register and once the employee did get to the register they were pretty rude to our group. After that the food took about 15-20 which I normally wouldn’t be upset about but I had already waited to pay. Both the people in front of us had waited over 20-25 minutes for their food as well.

5+ people working and I have to wait 20 minutes for 3 items. Ridiculous! Last time I had to wait in the drive through for 30 minutes.

Very slow. Have never had a fast experience here. Today’s service was the slowest. My crunch wrap was probably the worst I have ever had.
