Takes too long, chair is sliding
I ordered a $9 luxe box that was supposed to include a cheesy gordita crunch, nacho cheese taco and chicken crunch wrap slider. Well, I didn't get the cheesy gordita crunch and instead got a regular hard taco. Evidently people up there can't read or follow directions on a screen.

Had a doordash order and they handed it to the wrong person. Dasher called to explain and proceeded to cancel the order, so we sent in another one- AND THE STORE CANCELLED THE ORDER. Sent it in a 3RD TIME and they still managed to get the order wrong. Might wanna make sure your employees are sober or competent before handling people's food.
