I walked into the store and stood there for 10 min without being helped so I ordered online and used the drive through. Got home and was missing stuff from my order....not the first time this has happened.
Ordered nearly $50 in food for the family. That experience alone was a 4-5 but then went back and asked for sour cream to go with a chicken quesadilla and the girl from the back was more than willing to get it but then suddenly a manager type jumped from around the window area where she was at and asked me what order it was with and then told me that doesn't come with sour cream and wanted to charge me $1.17 for two containers of sour cream.
