They do not honor mobile orders in a timely manner or perhaps they’re understaffed. Took them almost 30 minutes for them to give me my mobile order with in store pickup.
Attempted to go through drive-thru and was told had to come inside and order on kiosk, whats the point of having a drive thru?
Absolutely horribly ran Taco Bell. They do nothing all day and when you walk in they act like you're the biggest problem. Whole building is full of people that want to be paid for doing nothing, and corporate or whoever owns this wont do anything about it.
whoever owns this taco bell should be embarrassed...
