Literally the worst experience I've ever had. My daughter and I sat in drive thru for over an hour. Im still currently in drive thru waiting. I even asked the guy at the window what is taking so long and why its taking so long. He said its "crazy". I asked who the manager was because they should be leading their team better. He said HE was the manager and has only been there for 2 weeks. Yall.... do not come here. They obviously hire literally whoever to work here. Took 30 minutes for my mobile order to be made. The app said it would take 9 minutes. At 10 minutes I went to the front and the guy asked my name. It then took an additional 20 minutes for them to make the food. They prioritize drive thru orders here and keep everything inside waiting around.
Horrible! Dont bother go to a different one! Unless you have a good hour for drive thru and food is nasty
Sat in the drive through for 40 minutes. The lady in front of me got her food, but it was wrong. Ended up going to another restaurant. Moving through the line is more painful than watching paint dry. Avoid this place at all costs.
Never again. Ordered on the app. Drove up to see the drive thru wrapped around the building. Went in to see lots of customers sitting, no one with food. One worker made the food. One worker handed the food to the customer. All the other workers did absolutely nothing. Well, I guess they did something, hanging out in the back, walking in and out from their cars in the parking lot, etc. At the 20 minute mark, I asked for a refund (the app won't let you cancel the order).
