Came up here at 12 am while they’re still open. Drive thru employees couldn’t care less about their jobs. Saw the car in front of me chatting it up with his buddy working here, kept giving handshakes, showing each other stuff on their phones, meanwhile I’m waiting just to order my food for 10 minutes while the employee completely ignores me with 4 cars behind me too. Extremely rude, their staff has absolutely zero customer service skills. We had a question about the order and instead of explaining it to us in a calm manner they immediately wanted to argue with us- proceeded to raise their voice at us and whine about having to make the food. I work in customer service myself so if you do not want to do customer service, then pick a different industry. Definitely need to retrain their staff. Very unhappy with our experience.
Provided excellent customer service
i had a pickup order and tried to give taco bell a chance again… but my burrito is burnt as hell. the workers were definitely high but polite . although the order was ready when i got there, i was disappointed in quality of my food.
