Provided excellent customer service
i had a pickup order and tried to give taco bell a chance again… but my burrito is burnt as hell. the workers were definitely high but polite . although the order was ready when i got there, i was disappointed in quality of my food.
Usually pretty good. But tonight they made my BLACK BEAN Crunchwrap with beef. Which sucks because I can’t tell it’s beef until I bite into it. I don’t eat meat so I can’t eat this. It’s midnight so no point in going back to the location now and lord knows they won’t refund or offer any solution unless you go back to the store. Specifically selected black bean from the veggie cravings menu.
