I ordered via the mobile app, chose pickup at drive-thru. After waiting quite some time, I made it to the speaker, only to be told I have to go inside for mobile orders. This location has you literally trapped at this point, there's no way to leave the single lane drive-thru. Waiting, becoming agitated, finally I get to the window. The guy tells me I have to go inside. Mind you, my order is 1 food item & 1 drink. Ordered a spicy potato soft taco potatoes we so old couldn't eat it then I check my other thing and I added potatoes before I had known and that was garbage too id like my m9ney or food replaced
Isaac was the absolute best Taco Bell experience we have ever had! This kid deserves a raise! Someone promote this guy! Extremely professional, polite and made our night! 10/10!
Have to go in to get my mobile order I placed specifically for the drive through. Lady said “due to new company policy you have to come in” so whats the point of a drive through? It takes 2 seconds to hand a mobile order out the window. Makes absolutely no sense.
