I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes and they haven’t even started making my food they’re skipping me to get drive thru orders out.
30 minute wait even though the restaurant is empty, I’m looking into the kitchen and no one is even preparing any food they’re just hanging out
Avg wait time on the screen says 24 minutes. There are two people making food while the others stand around without direction. Staff this place or shut it down… jeez! People are moving like snails back there. No sense of urgency at all. I could fly to Mexico and get tacos quicker. Canceled my order after waiting 30 minutes. No I don’t want to respond to you through email to your generic response. Let’s see if these reviews are actually read based on the response I get!
Been sitting in the drive through line for over 45 minutes and only 2 cars have moved forward. If I wasn’t stuck between 2 cars, I’d leave. editing my review every 5 minutes longer we’re in line
