At 10 pm on a Tuesday night I waited at the drive-thru for over ten minutes and had already paid them $6.86. The drive-thru girl stuck her head out the window and told me..."umm...we don't have enough people...corporate only allows us to have some people here.." She offered me two options: wait another 5 minutes or get a refund. I was in a slight rush and opted for the refund.
