Placed order at kiosk for dine in -- my food was in a bag. The soda machine was out of ice -- an employee said it is broken. They had forks only -- an employee said they have no knives (not temporarily out of stock, just that they don't have any; since when?). The Enchirito was 2/3 cold beans, and the meat finally appeared in the last 1/3 of it. I had to hack at it with no knife. The enchilada sauce was very good though.
