I pull into the drive through at 1:39pm and I’m waiting in line for at least 10 minutes and when I get to the speaker maybe like 1:49 and they tell me they took the last order of the night. It’s not 2pm so I feel my order should have been taken. The parking lot was completely full of cars of kids just standing outside of there cars yelling I’m pretty sure some of them were in uniform too. At the drive thru at noon on 7/13. Female voice tells me to order when i am ready. So i am looking over the menu and she comes back wanting to know why i am not ordering. (I was looking at the menu! ) I ordered Burrito, beans and rice. In the bag there was no napkins, no spoon or fork to eat with, and the burrito is just thin and sloppy. Done.
Food was terrible. Smallest portions I've ever had. Burrito was flat like a quesadilla. Didn't get my extra cheese or sauce. Chicken bowl was missing tomatoes, black beans, salsa and guacamole. This is the second attempt at trying this location. Checked my order and was missing an item. We will not be back.
