We recently received substandard customer service from the westside Taco Bell manager at 2323 West Main Street, Rapid City, SD, 57702 ((605) 341-5202. During our late lunch visit we noticed the lobby/dining area was approximately 50% +/- occupied. We ordered our lunch with specific requests/directions on how we wanted our lunch to be prepared.
