Horrible drive thru pace. Management needs to do better.
18 minutes for two cheesy bean and rice burritos seems a little disproportionate... Oh, and now that I've had a chance to check the bag, I didn't even get the Fire sauce I put on my order.
I'm pretty grossed out... Got our food in drive-thru, and realized it wasn't our order. So we brought it back inside and returned it. They then proceeded to give what we returned, to another costomer without checking to see if the food had been touched.
Decent the last time I was here. I think the dm was there.
The worse Taco Bell around! Placed a mobile order on the way to the restaurant, got there to check in...said it is going to be a minute as our order was on page 4. Whatever that means...should have just told me how many orders were ahead of me. People that ordered 20 minutes after us at the kiosk got there food before us. My app actually said "your order is ready" 15 minutes before it was. Took 45 mins to get our order. Never again! Stay away from this Taco Bell.
