The beef on the chalupas was so lacking I couldn't even find it and you definitely couldn't taste it. Also was told that I could not have more than one packet of sauce per item and buying extra was not an option. So now the food is so dry it's barely edible to begin with I've been to eating at Taco Bell since 1995! And this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had there
Ordered the other day and just about everyone was on their phone and I had to wait on my a lot longer then normal. It's like no one cares that works there.
