I only come here for doordash. Staff seems to not know what they're doing most of the time, wait times can be up to 45 minutes, they do not follow proper food safety guidelines for doordash (staples in bags instead of the stickers, no tamper proof stickers on cups, etc.) The employees are always polite and seem like nice people, and I haven't eaten here so I can't comment on the food quality.
I officially can not stand this place. Every single time I order from the Main Street Taco Bell I cannot leave without checking my bag to make sure everything is right. 100% guarantee there will be something with missing or made wrong or even have the entirety wrong food item in the bag. Their sodas always taste like they’re watered down and re-carbonated, their employees constantly look stoned and their drive through times are astonishingly slow. If you want Taco Bell in crossville go to the one on Pevine Road.
