Drive through I requested a small order be split into two bags n the person on the speaker very kindly agreed to do this. Then at the window, I received everything correctly, with a smile. I appreciate that.
I come here all the time and usually love it. But last night I ordered the limited beefy potato loaded griller. I tried it last time it was on the menu and it was so delicious. This time, it was extremely flat, bland, and dry. It was mostly potato in there with an extremely miniscule amount of sauce and meat. This made me very sad. Taco Bell & I go way back. The employees were working very hard tonight on 7/07/2022 at around 7:00pm. They went above and beyond to give us the best experience. Thank you Taco Bell for hiring some amazing employees. Edit: 01/17/2026 8:00pm the employees did an amazing job. The food was better than usual and the employee working window gave us everything we needed (napkins, forks, sauces, and even a bag to easily carry our food).
