I arrived at 710pm to pick up a mobile order. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes or more was never acknowledged by any employee even tho 2 looked right at me. Finally, 1 said, "Give me just a second." I understand being busy, at least acknowledge the customer once you see them. It could even be the kitchen staff. Acknowledgment goes a long way. Went through the drive thru. Lady talking my order was kind and courteous. Got my orders exactly right
Taco Bell has some good items, and personally, I think the lux craving box is the best combo on the app.
