Everyone had good customer service polite food was fast to come out and it was good and hot
I drove through yesterday, and I picked up a barf bag special. I figured I’d give this dump a try. Two crunchy tacos were cold. And the cantina crunchy taco was a puzzle mystery. I could have gone somewhere else to throw away $10 It looked like it had been thrown on the floor and like always no napkins for this over priced garbage. I’m done Taco Bell
Very unprofessional. First they messed up my order, didnt even make what I wanted wrong, made something else off of the menu entirely. Then they told me they couldn't remake my food (which was a lie) and then, on top of all of that, they out right refused to make the DoorDash that I had been waiting FOR 30 MINITES for because "we're closed" even though it wasnt 3am yet (it was 2:55 when they said that after I had waited for 30 minutes).
Sweet people work here.
