This place is sad
Should really update your managers and supervisors on how your app works. Manager argued with me that that you can’t order food threw their Taco Bell app which you can and than also told me that it was physically impossible for them to cancel my order which is also not true a store can absolutely cancel a order and I even have messages and pictures showing that Taco Bell did in fact cancel my order after having it for over an hour !!! Talked to door dash too they said you cancelled the order
Service was great but the "large" icees were far from large and only 3/4 full
Your best bet is to use their app to order. I waited more than 5 minutes for a human to take my order. The building is nice, fairly new construction. The food was good and prices are reasonable.
If I could leave 0 Stars. Very rude staff. Management is absolutely horrible. Stayed across the stress went the two nights we were here options are limited and both night food not made right sencond night left food out then when we end t back very rude and wouldn’t put the order in!!! Taco Bell ft Myers is so bad do not go!!!!!
