Always wait for about 15-20 minutes in drive thru even if only 1-2 cars ahead of you. Then no apology for the wait or offers a drink for waiting like other taco bells or a free taco voucher. Chicken usually tough and rice hard on the bowls we get. We give them extra chances and still same service so we drive 15 miles out of the way to Tecumseh to get good, fresh and fast friendly service in Tecumseh. Nothing fast about the taco bell in Seminole ever.
