I left a 1 star cause they removed the Build your own Luxe craving box. But they brought it back a day later. No boycot, thank you Taco Bell.
Waited 20 minutes for food, which is long for a fast-food spot. I understand things happen—new staff, lunch rush, supply delays— but many people only have a 30-minute lunch break, and this kind of wait makes it tough. Fast food should be faster, especially when it's not a sit-down restaurant.
Missing items on mobile order, and old/stale fries and nachos. Chicken nuggets were also visually very unappealing - nothing like their advertisement. The nuggets also had a weird smell to them. Highly disappointed with this experience.
