Been here a handful of times and they do not give sauces. Either none or 3 at max and typically wrong sauce all together. 2 packs per item should be the minimum
This location is the absolute BEST!!! Andrea, the head manager I believe, is the kindest human you will ever meet. She knows what she’s doing and makes sure her staff is on top of it too. She will make sure that your order is EXACTLY how you want it.
This location often gets orders wrong. Poor energy in staff. Found cold lettuce in my bacon breakfast Crunchwrap. (Ordered two and both had lettuce) disappointing to see this.
Went to get a couple of the Luxe boxes with my wife and the total was 19.52. So I handed the cashier a $20 bill. He proceeded to short me change and gave me 30 cents, I told him about the mess up and he asked how much was missing and i said 18 cents he then gives me 15 cents and said sorry he had to round up. I went in today at 11:20a. I ordered multiple things that were either incorrect by the time I got home or wrong all together. I ordered a cheesy Bean and rice burrito and added sour cream yet I did not get any sour cream and there was barely any nacho cheese. The burrito was dry. I also ordered flatbread mini and asked for no chicken…. They put a lot of chicken in it, and there was so much sauce in it. It was too messy to eat.
