I ordered food from the app. I arrived and get were running behind so on rested to cancel. They said I had to do it in the app. I tried to cancel but the app didn’t work. I got a notice that my food was ready so in returned to the store since I could not get it to cancel. The employees refused to provide my food and have refused to refund my money. Do not go here and don’t use the app.
Like most fast food restaurants in the area, they get a lot of hate. But as far as late night goes these guys are alright. Nobody wants to be making you tacos at 1 in the morning. Thank you Taco Bell!
I just ordered 20 pcs of chicken nuggets today and they didn't deliver it to me, and they didn't give me the information about the missing order and they just tell me owh sorry we don't have your chicken nuggets when the order is at my door.
Go all the time! Never have any issues!
Ordered through the drive thru and they forgot one of my items and gave me the wrong item for something else I ordered. When I tried to go in to fix it, all the doors were locked and when someone came to let me in, another employee told them to not let me in and made me go back through the drive thru. Overall bad customer service and poor experience.
