This location is horrible I have to stop coming here its horrible ordered on the app they made my food too early before I checked in so all the items were soggy mess missing items cold and broken tacos horrible then they all are dissimissve and have horrible attitudes and the line and restaurant was dead I see why dont nobody come here Manager is unprofessional and her staff I used the kiosk ordered something simple the place was dead all the staff and manager talking and on their phones never made my order I asked for a ref... read more
They just give you whoever’s order is ready, regardless if they ask you for your name or not it seems. Hope Isa is enjoying the meal I paid for, because my ass is definitely NOT. Spent $10 on someone’s MAYBE $5 order. Two people in line btw: me and whoever this Isa is. That’s pathetic.
There is no such thing as eating late at this Taco Bell every time me and my wife go here something is down or out that we order. This time it was the fryer. Last time they said there was no cheese and we still ordered and magically there was cheese when we got our food. There is never any freezies. We are just going to stop going here and go somewhere else from now on even during day hours.
No one came to the drive thru speaker when we pulled up so we sat and chatted, and I guess we got too loud? And guy hollered at us to "not be making all that noise" through the speaker then...didnt take our order. So we then waited longer before someone finally taking our order. We tried to order a box but then the guy butt into the speaker telling us the item wasnt available. We had further questions about replacements for items in the box and we was rude.
