Drive thru order takers have a real bad attitude. I rarely ever go to this location anymore because it happens every time I go there.
Honestly I am very disappointed with the experience I had tonight. All I could have hoped and dreamed for was fiesta potato’s in my luxe combo. It wasn’t available on the app! So when I got to the speaker I asked why and the woman rudely tells me that this is not new that fiesta potato’s DO NOT come with the luxe box. Well I ordered from this store 2/16 and I was able to get my fiesta potato’s. It’s cool if your menu changes, but don’t rudely gaslight me. I’m disappointed.
