I am writing this a one due to the service being crappy and the fact that all these complaints about this department or this Taco Bell has not been fixed. That's pretty pathetic that you would let your restaurant be rated at a one. Stopped here for “quick” meal, ordered on the app and waited half an hour in the store while everyone else was served. Staff was rude when asked about the meal.
Food was good. Ordered from the kiosk, but staff was very friendly.
My experience was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The manager was extremely unprofessional and left me on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. While I was on hold, they apparently didn’t realize the hold music had stopped, and I could hear everything being said in the background. Employees were claiming I was lying, using profanity, and making disrespectful comments instead of handling my concern professionally.
