Incredible service
I only stopped here because of the vegetarian options and the main factor being I was between 2,500 miles of driving.. The service was incredibly slow even though we were the only customers. The food wasn't properly cooked and after 25 minutes in a "fast food" place, I would expect better. Not to mention, the prices were ridiculously high and drinks weren't even ordered. I might add that there were 4 gentlemen working behind the counter and while they were friendly, I cannot recommend this place.
Place was absolutely filthy on a Sunday afternoon. The employees were hanging out around a table eating on their phones and iPads while every single table was dirty. The bathroom, wow - unbelievably nasty.
No one waited on us we stood in the lobby for a while and the employee's were sitting in the car smoking. Trash service. So we left and went to Wendy's.
At 9pm I was told to wait at the drive thru, I waited for three minutes, I was told to start my order, then I was told to wait again. I waited for 5 minutes before I was told to start my order. AND THEN I WAS TOLD THEY HAD NO TORTILLAS!!! In the whole Taco Bell, they had no tortillas. Why didn’t they tell me before I waited twice?? Why didn’t they have a sign out to let people know before they waited in line?
