Not sure why it was so difficult for them to get two drinks. Literally just wanted a pineapple freeze, they made it incorrect at first, then told me the pineapple was defrosting. Ok, sure. The diet pepsi and pepsi zero were both out. Completely out. Kind of insane. Only one dude actually communicated with us. What a waste of time.
Don't order a delivery from here. They will cancel your order with no explanation and its impossible to get your money back. Been on hold with customer support forever just waiting on someone to answer. The app doesn't give you a refund either. Be careful.
No soap or towels in the men's restroom. When advised personnel was advised they didn't have any. There is a management program at this location. No one maintaining inventory. Suggest health department be informed
Seems like they don't want to have to talk to any customers here. Even though we had questions about ordering and called out for assistance no one bothered to come to the counter to help. Another issue was that there was no soap in the men's room. When a worker finally came out from the kitchen area we told her about it. Her comment was, "yeah, it's broken," and she definitely didn't seem concerned at all.
Waited over 30 min for a mobile order. Workers just walking around talking to each other no rush or hurry, drive thru empty, when asked on wait time they are unsure. Workers on their phones.
