Everytime we've ordered through the app something is wrong with the order, they took away the option to not have ice in your drink in the app and when I've tried calling them nobody ever picks up. There's only been one time I've gotten someone on the phone and a manager was willing to fix an issue. I understand an hour or so before closing the focus is on whatever cleaning you can do but for however many employees work the night shift not one can hear or pick up a phone ring is beyond me.
