Ordered chicken Catina bowl through drive thru and somehow the chicken was not added. WTH? Normally they are right on it compared to Wendy’s as that place is a train wreck. Please pay a little more attention.
Had hair in all 3 of our nacho fries and waited over 30 mins for our food.
VERY SLOW, several people including myself waited 45 minutes plus for their food.
my child and I ordered drive thru last night. Both woke up with severe stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea. Maybe it was the hot chicken fries or the lettuce, idk bur TB is our only common denominator. Won't stop there again nice to see reviews are monitored, responded to and complaints like these investigated and followed up on!
