I had specifically ordered a nacho sauce on the side and they tried telling me it was added to my quesadilla which it was not and never gave me one they said if I got one I’d have to pay for another. My bf got two burritos with extra chicken and jalapeños and got no jalapeños. ALL the drinks in the fountain were out. Worst experience I’ve had there by far
The crew had just gotten hit hard and they ran out of rice and steak, which altered our order but Billie was great about communicating and keeping happy during a stressful situation!
Don't like the way you have to order
absolutely horrendous customer service and they got my order wrong not even close to what i asked for. absolutely unacceptable
