Did a mobile order around midnight, waited patiently for 20 minutes after getting there. I was not in a rush or upset about waiting. When the food came the woman told me that I went through the drive through wrong and was the reason I waited so long. They also forgot an item.

Been coming here off and on for the last 5 months. In the last 3 months, every time I have brought home food from here, anyone who has eaten the food has been violently ill and throwing up multiple times afterwards. Was willing to write it off as just a freak coincidence, but last time marks time number 4 consecutively the food I ordered from here has made everyone who consumed it sick. Rude caucasian female worker at drive thru during nightime. Woman tried use AI to pull up my doordash order, but it only showed half of my order with no name. She then said something rude under her breathe with the window open, and when I asked what she said she ignored me and shut the window. When she opened it again I asked if she was speaking to me. Ordered a Luxe Box and didn’t even receive my burrito. Giving this 2 stars instead of 3, because you would think with all the bad reviews they have about forgetting food, that they would try to make sure they don’t mess up. How do you not include a main meal (burrito) out of a combo? They gave me like 20 sauces aswell, which I’m not complaining about, but get my order right first before u give me sauces just because.
