I understand accidents happen but I did have to ask three times to speak to a manager. The woman who served us was very nice, but I ordered a veggie pizza due to dietary restrictions but unfortunately there was chicken inside. If you go there and order anything that isn't supposed to have meat, make sure you inspect your food before leaving even if it's packed in the appropriate box/wrapper.
Says they are open until 2 am, when you look them up online. At 11:30pm, they say they are closed. Update, 6/12/26. Placed an online order at 9:15 pm. Received the email, saying order was received about 9:16. By 9:40, fancy tracker bar never moved, drove down there anyway. STILL sat in the drive thru. Not a single car in sight, for 3 minutes. I came here late at night because I was craving tacos, but I was very disappointed. When I got home and opened my order, there was barely any meat in the tacos. For the price, I expected them to be made properly. Hopefully they pay more attention to quality and consistency in the future.
They must have new management because I had a much better experience this time. Greeted when I came in, placed my order at the kiosk, was handed a cup for my drink and got my order quickly and everything was correct. Lady at the counter was super friendly.
