I wanted some tacos, stop in the taco bell in Troutville ,was told the only way I could give an order was by the computer and not by the workers ,maybe they should pay the computer by the hour ,so I drove across town to the taco bell on Hershberger rd and received nothing less than perfect service, you didn't have to use the computer to place an order, that is what costumer service is suppose to be ,and not problematic ! Since they couldn't place the order I walked out ,spend your money where you get service !
Every time I order delivery from this location there's always missing items, every single time. What is it with fast food places always getting orders wrong? How hard is it to look at an order and place those items in a bag?
Honestly the best Taco Bell I've been at in at least ten years. The food was great, the people were so nice, and the bathrooms are clean. Highly recommend.
