Used drive through: woman over the loudspeaker was slightly unintelligible; she spoke very fast and I couldn't understand half of what she said. No matter. I received the order that I requested; no deviations. However, the fill in the taco and crunch wrap were unusually sparse. I've had better quality from the Minot Air Force Base location. This order reminded me why I generally stay away from Taco Bell in Bismarck.

Workers forget order, were very non responsive for help, had a worker walk right past me, one of the cooks had to come help me, disappointed.

Ordered taco salad..not much lettuce, mostly refried beans and a minimal amount of ground beef..sorta mushy, I threw it away

i went through the drive thru. it took about 3-4 minutes to even be addressed over the speaker. i ordered the 10 piece deluxe nugget meal. pulled up to the second window. the lady working it was very dismissive, hardly said a word to me, and just completely ignored me after i wished her a good day. went into the parking lot to eat; i was missing my sauces, and the nugget box only had 7 nuggets? the food was very good, though. i just wish there was the same quality of service at this taco bell like they have at rock place and... read more

It's 3:30 1/28/26 The woman working was excellent. I was standing idly in front and she asked me if I had been helped: yes, I used the kiosks. She also came to a mother daughter couple after they ordered and said they were out of the flavored drink they wanted and offered an alternative. She was very pleasant and well put together. "Don't worry about it. It's my job." The staff in back were good too. They were in verbal communication about the status of my nuggets and were moving without wasted energy.
