Horrible the food was bad. The service was worse. I asked 3 times if I had everything. Then drove home. MISSING FOOD!! Called and they didn't even say the store name when answering the phone. Wanted me to drive an hour round trip for their mistake. Also was pressing buttons on the phone when I was speaking. Just Horrible!! Do better! Never going back...Taco John's is better anyways.
Waited in line 15 minutes for drive through. When I got to the window, they had no clue where my order went. They sat and yelled at each other for 5 minutes....so I left since they couldn't make my order. Never seen such a disaster and incompetence.

I hope the manager sees this unless she’s the manager lol but older white lady with glasses, insanely nice. Go to a Taco Bell and she comes out “how’s everything tasting? Need another napkin?” Unexpected for a Taco Bell.
