Server at the window giggled while saying “byyyeee Feliciaaaaa” as I left the drive thru window. At first I didn’t realize what she meant and said “bye sweetie,” but, when I caught on, I called to speak with their manager and the female worker said “she [the gm] isn’t there today.” Today being 5/29/26. Order 3 items waited 45 min before my dasher even left then he can with the complete wrong order missing items and everything get your shit together it’s not hard
this used to be my favorite taco bell in the area and now its down with the rest of the bad ones. my tacos were legitimately soaking wet (??) and also they aren't the friendliest..
Ordered a large order in app. Went to pick it up the "girl" that we asked about our order was aggressive and rude towards us. Not very good customer service and we spent like $100 on the order.....
