New, price was higher than most Taco bells we've been to Also we asked for a glass of water and got a bottle for $2. Never go to this place again. Very dishonest to charge for water when you just ask for a glass of water.
Not this stores fault but my first time with the whole kiosk system. Sad where things are going. The girl did finally check on me and ask if she could help. The menu is so different than I remember but isn't most things in life. As far as this location... the food was a joke. 9$ for a half built chalupa and a few chips. Couldn't even fill the tiny bag. Regret stopping!
