Went to Taco Bell after a long time just to be reminded of why I stopped going. Worst customer service like always, but this time it was so bad I had to leave a review. Messed up my order and forgot an item, found out when I got home. Had to go back and they didn’t even apologize instead they were telling what I should have done instead of acknowledging their own mistake.
One of the third class staff. Very rude on duty manager. One of the main item was missing from our order, when we went back. No sorry, no apology, they did not accept their mistake but insulted me. Not seen such a very bad staff including manager. Never go to this location.
It's a Taco Bell. If you want a sit down restaurant quality experience this isn't the place for you. If you come in expecting Taco Bell you'll be fine. I was happy with my order once I actually received my order. I ordered using my app. I ignored the red flag when I placed the actual order. My app told me my order would be ready at 8:05(pm). Went in for a DoorDash pick up around like six pm & per instructions, if the lobby is not closed I must come in to pick up the order, obviously to go through the drive thru if it was closed. I come in and show someone over the counter the order, she barely wanted to acknowledge me at all & she look frustrated I didn’t go through the drive thru.
