If I could give zero stars, I would. I have ordered multiple times now from this restaurant, and every single time, I have been incredibly disappointed with the quality of my food. My order is never accurate, and this last visit to the restaurant was absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a chicken grilled cheese burrito with EXTRA sour cream and LESS fiesta strips, but that was useless because my burrito was prepared as if they didn’t even read my customizations. The absolute worsts humans work at this location. I was cussed at because I walked in and began ordering off the screen. I didn’t realize the inside closed at 10, there were quite a few people in the dinning area. A woman was giving someone their order and looked right at me when I started. Telling me “Inside is closed, we can’t accept any more orders inside” was too much for these people. Let them get cussed at and see how the situation would have been different.
