If you're trying to grab a quick lunch on the way back to work when you ordered ahead. Avoid at all cost.
Went after a festival and the wait was over an hour, which okay. They were also out of beef, which I get is out of their control too. But I get to the window to see the crew laughing and goofing around instead of focusing on preparing our food. They forgot a $7 item which we didn't have time to try and go back for, and 2 of our cheesy bean and rice burritos were ONLY bean. Idk what they were doing in there.
Placed mobile order at 1235. Waited in 10+ car line and finally got to order at 1:35 only to be told they didn’t have any food. Lazy employees fr.
