I came to this taco bell to get a mexican pizza and I couldn't help but notice how much higher you were charging versus all of the other taco bells that I've been to. The fact that we are still recovering from the hurricane and people are in great need, it's quite ridiculous and greedy to be charging $7.50 for basic ingredients. I realize that all taco bell establishments can charge what they want but you should be ashamed of yourself. No disrespect to the employees but whoever is making decision on the prices, shame!!!
They don't refund you when an item you already paid for extra through their app is unavailable. Several times I've ordered something on the app, and already paid extra, only to be told they don't have the item and that they will not refund me, nor do they sub the extra money I paid for something else. They say the only way out of it is to cancel the meal.... well guess what.. every time they do that I cancel the meal and go straight to McDonald's or Wendy's. This taco bell is better than all other nearby taco bells for food freshness and quality. The people that work there are kind and fast! Their chicken tendies are my guilty pleasure 😆
I’ll never be back to this location. I questioned my order. The manager on duty a redhead with tattoos was very dismissive of my complaint. She could have resolved this and kept a customer but now that’s not gonna happen. I don’t see how this place even stays in business. That’s all I’m going to say because it’s just a waste of my time. But I highly do NOT recommend this place! It’s no wonder the rating overall is three point something.
Run down inside but honestly some of the best taco bell I've had in years, and I've eaten TB all over the south. They actually put enough black beans in my crunchwrap.
