Quite honestly the worst Taco Bell in Louisiana. Management needs to step in big time.
I pulled up to the speaker and they clicked it on so that the AI would stop and then went silent without confirming my order so i sat there for several minutes waiting before i pulled up to the window to tell them i was there to pick up an order. I then waiting another 8 minutes for my food without them even giving me my drink. As well it horribly smelled of Marijuana.
I don't know where to start. They need to close immediately. The manager should be ashamed.
Ordered and received only half my food. Additionally, the food was cold and very poorly prepared. This is the worst Taco Bell In the U.S.
