We stopped by the KFC/Taco Bell on Sunday night (the 21st around 8:30), and Will was working the drive-through again. Every single time he’s there, he gives the best customer service. He’s fast, friendly, and always has a smile with a little joke that makes the experience so much better. I work in customer service myself, and I’d love to have someone like him on my team. Will truly stands out at this KFC/Taco Bell. We went through on Sunday night the 21st around 8:30ish and just like every other time he’s working, the service was outstanding. He’s quick, polite, and always adds a little extra friendliness that makes the experience memorable. We also work in customer service, and it’s rare to find someone this consistent and positive. Will deserves recognition, a raise, and a promotion!! He’d be a fantastic trainer or manager and is a huge asset to this location.

Drove up after a football game, tried to order in the drive-thru. The "manager" took our order with the WORST attitude. We were having trouble ordering because they were making it impossible. After ordering she goes, and I quote "Was it that hard to order?" Full sass. Never again, if this is the management at Taco bell, then they clearly need new ones.
