The manager today was wonderful, had a problem with order just missed communication he was so polite and fixed it asap, gave my meal for no charge will be back again it's now my taco bell of choice
This place is understaffed or poor management.
They pretty much ignore people picking up orders, need to remember we are picking up food for someone and just as much as customers too.
