Placed an online order tonight, even knowing this TB takes forever filling orders. We waited 25 minutes for them to clear the drive through then watched as they made every order after ours. When asked why our order hasn't been filled we were told the drive through takes priority and we'd have to cancel our order online since we didn't want to wait longer just for them to spit in our food.
This is my default Taco Bell, and the staff here has always been amazing! Whether I'm here early or late, they NEVER get an order wrong (and I can be particular sometimes ) but they always pull through! Never had a bad experience here. Eli and Brandy today were phenomenal!
Ordered 1 quesarito and waited 20 minutes no one ever came to the counter unless called so we gave up and left and now we are having a hard time on the app getting it refunded
They are awesome they Cody is very helpful and very active love his attitude
