This Taco Bell sucks! You would get better customer service from a robot- Infact robots are friendlier than the humans working at this store. What a cold unfriendly place. Be a cold day in hell before I go back there!!!
I ordered food for my family online on Christmas Eve and hour before closing, in my opinion is reasonable. But the boy working the cash register told me “we close in 50 minutes, all the beef orders are gonna have to be chicken because I have no beef premade” I think is very unprofessional and unsatisfying. I’ve working in fast food before, if a customer comes in 5 or even 1 minute before closing the right thing to do is serve them, even if it means dirtying your cleaned station.
