I go to Taco Bell in Edgewater Maryland, order online and it goes to the wrong restaurant, far away. Either restaurant is able to help me, give me a refund. They say to call app support. App support is closed for 2 days. They can’t just put a freakin cancel o. The app that stays there until you pick up your order. Unbelievable. McDonald’s sends orders to the location you are located and cancels automatically if you don’t pick up. This is unbelievable! I can’t afford to waste money and give them free money! Food was good. Service was horrible. Went through to get my food at the window. The person awkwardly said “is this the right one?” without even looking at the bag and proceeded to rush rush me out the drive thru. Will not be coming back to this location.
Been to this location a lot of times. This is not a corporate store and is a franchise. Prices are EXCEPTIONALLY HIGHER here than corporate stores and WAY higher than other franchises. Advertised pricing schemes are completely disregarded and addons per item are .50-$1 each per item which is nuts. The inconsistency here is miserable. Taco bell at this location has just gotten sloppy. Food packaging is terrible food seems undercooked ad just thrown together. I mean a chicken quesadilla should have even food throughout it and for the price actually have some meat in it not thin like paper and the tortilla sould be slightly crispy not soggy and stuck to the wrapper and fall apart as you try to pull the papper off it. Get it together prices are going up and food quality should not go down
The crunch wrap was NOT crunchy. I appreciated their customer service though.
