Izzy gave us amazing service and was super nice
I normally place my order on the app so when there's mistakes I dont usually end up here but this time the app wouldn't let me complete my order so I had to order at the speaker and now we are here... no sauce in the bag was forgivable, putting no cheese instead of no lettuce seems like silly mistake, but when I order a 5 layer with no beans and end up with a 5 layer with no beef as well its hard to feel like it wasn't intentional. I wish this was my first issue at this location... maybe itll be my last
Slowest drive thru ever. Think the owner operator of this location fails on staffing enough employees. Feels like they just don't care.
