Doors were locked at 830 and only the drive thru open. There was about six cars in line. We sat there for 10 minutes and didn't move. Luckily we didn't have anyone behind us. We saw another vehicle coming so we quickly backed out before we were trapped in line. This is not the first time this has happened. The other waukesha restaurant is just as bad or worse. You want to drive out of your way and go to the pewaukee or sussex locations, these locations are better by far... it's ridiculous that I have to suggest that! :l Upda... read more
Workers are always pleasant and food good. Just know going in you ate going to wait at least 30 minutes in drive thru.
Honestly one of the worst taco bells I've ever been to. *especially* the drive thru. They take forever, often get orders wrong, and claim delivery orders have "already been picked up" every single time a driver arrives. I'm sure there are some employees that are just trying to do their best but I can assure you they're rare ones. Do not go to this taco bell
Very poor service and very disappointed. I had a DoorDash and it took a little over an hour. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone in the store because the workers locked themselves in there and would refuse to answer or make my food. Ridiculous service from this Taco Bell. Do not suggest going to this Taco Bell, I would suggest the one on Sunset Drive.
